The House of Many Doors
This Balaclava home had doors everywhere! Our client loved looking out on their beautiful courtyard, but didn’t need access from the bedroom straight outside (although the doggie does).
The solution? Replace it all with a fixed centre panoramic window, with awning windows either side for easy ventilation and maximum security, plus a convenient doggie door.
For just under $10K, a modest investment for such a fabulous result.
