One Door Too Many
This lovely loungeroom needed light and more floorspace – it already had 3 access/egress points and the double-doors were just surplus leaving no room for furniture.
We removed them and installed a beautiful 3-lite aluminium fixed panel window, loads of toughened glass and not too much frame to spoil the view.
This kind of window replacement brings light and usable space back into a room without major structural work.
With a six week turnaround, the custom-made window, professionally installed and finished, all the rubbish taken away was just under $7K for these happy homeowners
