Awesome Aluminium Awning Windows
These 1960s timber awning windows had done their job very well, but after 60 years they were showing signs of rot and leaking.
The very thin glass had started to rattle, became brittle and the frames required frequent expensive maintenance.
The new powder coated aluminium means this long time owner never has to paint again, and now has the comfort and security 5mm glass in semi-commercial frames with lockable winders.
Looks great, has kept the character and blended seamlessly with the existing windows.
